CLAY MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE DUI CHARGES |

| Clay County authorities arrested Cliff Bryan Salisbury, 51, and charged him with DUI-3rd, DUI with injuries, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, no operators or insurance. He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond at $75,000. Candance Marie Cash, 34, has been arrested by Calhoun authorities and charged with grand larceny. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Henry Earl Stutler, Jr. 23, was charged in Clay County with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a concealed weapon. He is in Central Regional Jail. |
