| Clay County authorities have arrested a Clay man on fraud charges. Daniel Ryan Adkins, 25, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with fraudulent use of ATM/access device, fraud/computer fraud an ID of another, according to CRJ. Bond has been set for Adkins at $99,000.
