FOOTBALL AWARDS PROGRAM SUNDAY: SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIQLIDOCIOUS - Goodrich And Whytsell Named All-State, Eight To LKC Team, Sterns Coach-Of-Year
Not only going to the WV Class A state championship play-offs, but the Little Kanawha Conference coaches have selected eight of the team's members for special recognition on the LKC team.
The annual Football Awards Program is scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday at the school. (See additional story) Jeff Goodrich and Nick Whytsell have been named to the Class A All-State Team.
They have also picked head coach Bryan Sterns as the division's Coach of the Year.
The Offensive Player of the Year is senior Jeff Goodrich, who ended his high school career with a team-high of 1,293 yards and 16 touchdowns on 194 attempts.
