12:30 AM - An armed robber, identified as a woman, held up the Harrisville Rite-Aid drug store shortly before 11 a.m. today, the second time the store has been hit in recent months. The woman was reportedly driving a car with a Louisiana license plate. She has already been arraigned and on her way to jail. An armed man who held-up the Harrisville Rite-Aid store with a shotgun, in an earlier incident was arrested in the parking lot. In a separate incident, an armed man held up a Smithville bar a few weeks ago and escaped from the scene. |
