Dick Torche came to town last Friday to have some repairs made on
his
head. In a malee on Yellow creek between Dan Metz and some
women,
he got struck on the head with a rock, making an ugly wound and a hole
through the skull bone. To be so badly hurt, he was rather
lively;
when the doctor would insert his finger in about the region of the
brain
would groan and cuss. Metz has not been arrested, but if any of
his
victims die he will likely be looked after. |
