Prof. Ferrell and Miss Eva Belt are Badly Burned

Prof. Bruce Ferrell was called to Industry during the past week on account of the serious illness of his sister Mrs. Los. Belt and while there he met with a very painful accident.  Miss Eva Belt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Belt who has attended school at this place during the past winter, while sitting before an open fire, in some manner caught fire to her clothing and was severely burned about the lower limbs, and while trying to extinguish these flames, Mr. Ferrell was burned.  Miss Belt is in a very bad condition, and Mr. Ferrell will be off duty for some time, as a result of his burns.
