Heartwood in the Hills Artistic Director Jude Binder has been the
Charleston "FestivALL" princess for several years performing in various
masks she has made and attending all major events of the 10 days of the
FestivALL - including opening ceremonies, the art parade, street fair and activities on the Levee and at the Cultural Center.
