Griffith Case Continued
The case of the state against W.H. (Holly) Griffith for the murder of
Ira Roush has been postponed until the September term of circuit court.
It was understood that the defendant expected to move postponement as this
was a special term of court, and trial could not be forced. Prosecuting
Attorney R.L. Hogg consented to the postponement until September.
The summoning of state witnesses for this term would have been needless
expense. - Point Pleasant Gazette. |
