We wish to correct an erroneous impression that people have in regard
to the Stump Hotel. Mrs. Stump is just as anxious to get her share
of the traveling public's patronage as she has ever been, although the
report is in circulation that she refuses to keep travelers. She
does not want regular boarders, but DOES WANT the transient trade..
She has recently purchased an expensive monument for her late husband's
grave and is otherwise at expense, so she desires some means of meeting
same, as well as to earn a livelihood. |
