Last Monday night at her home on Leatherbark, this county, Mrs. Rufus
Mace ate almost a stick of Dynamite with suicide intent, which came near
proving fatal, but owing to the timely arrival of Dr. Morford, of this
place and Dr. Riddle of Arnoldsburg, she would, no doubt have died.
At present she is recovering and will soon be well. |
