Big Fish Story
One of the largest fishes that has ever been caught near here was landed
Saturday morning by P.H. Greathouse, near the mouth of Big Root.
We are reliably informed by Hon. R.A. Ferrell that it weighed 61 pounds
and measured four feet. Mr. Greathouse had quite an experience in
getting it out of the water, and his rehearsal of it would be worth hearing. |
