We understand that Hearne, candidate for the Republican nomination of
Governor, will be here this week in his automobile. He will find
a mighty curious crowd awaiting him as nine-tenths of our people never
saw an automobile. All jokes aside, we believe the Calhoun republicans
will favor Mr. Hearne's candidiacy. |
