PARSONS-RICHARDS BUNCH CONGREGATE - Descendants Of Coy Richards (06/04/2001) The relatives of Coy Richards, who once lived on Rt. 5 near Grantsville, had a reunion Saturday at Mt. Zion Community Park. The event was started in 1979 by Jo Richards Sams, now of Weston.
