| Roane authorities arrested Justin Michael Harris, 30, charging him with daytime burglary, grand larceny, receiving/disposing of stolen property. Bond at $30,000. Clay authorities arrested Michelle Lynn McCourt, 39, charging her with burglary, daytime B&E and obstructing. Braxton authorities arrested Donnie Lee Allen, 49, charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. They are in Central Regional Jail. |
