ROANE MAN CHARGED WITH MALICIOUS ASSAULT

Roane County authorities arrested Brad Eugene Proctor, 43, Saturday. Proctor has been charged with malicious wounding, brandishing, domestic assault and battery. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested Tracy Graham Rivas, 47, charging her with driving revoked DUI-3rd and left of center. Cody Alan Greenlief, 29, was arrested by Braxton authorities Saturday, charging him with driving revoked DUI and aggravated DUI 2nd offense. He is in Central Regional Jail.
