| Braxton County authorities arrested two Monday.
David Allen Carper, 34, was arrested for domestic battery2 and domestic assault2.
Amber D. Lowther, 34, was found guilty and incarcerated over possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Jamie Dawn Rhone, 34, was arrested in Roane County for giving false information to law enforcement.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
