ROANE MAN ARRESTED FALSELY REPORTING EMERGENCY (04/06/2020) A Roane County man was arrested Sunday and taken to Central Regional Jail. Marvin Dean Holstein,47, was charged with falsely reporting an emergency and obstructing an officer.
