Police say Naquil Sayles, 22, and Jordan Kinney, 22, both of Charleston, should be considered armed and dangerous, in a shooting that sent another man to the hospital Friday.

The shooting happened around 2 p.m.at the Go Mart on Washington Street West on Charleston's West Side, with guns blazing between two individuals.

According to Charleston Police, both men are charged with being felons in possession of a firearm, malicious wounding and wanton endangerment.

According to Charleston Police, Sayles is the same man who pleaded guilty in July 2014 to his role in the shooting death of Tymel McKinney, 18. He was gunned down at his home on Sixth Street on Charleston's West Side.

A murder charge was dropped as part of a deal for Sayles to plead guilty.

The shooting victim is identified as Markale Foster, 23, of Charleston. Foster is not cooperating with investigators, Charleston Police say. He was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital.

At least two weapons were involved, and more than 20 shell casings were found at the scene.

HUNTINGTON STABBING - Huntington police have arrested a man accused of stabbing another man Friday evening.

Thomas Anderson, 54, was arrested and charged with malicious assault, according to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.

According to the complaint, Anderson and Donald Accord, 51, got into a argument when Anderson pulled a box-cutter style knife and cut Accord on the neck and forearm, causing severe lacerations.

Accord grabbed a mop in an attempt to defend himself and that is when the complaint said Anderson grabbed a piece of wood with nails in both side and began slinging it at Accord.

Anderson fled the scene but was arrested Friday night. He is being held in the Western Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.

Accord was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.
