CALHOUN DUO PLEAD NOT GUILTY ON MULTIPLE CHARGES IN WOOD COUNTY

A Calhoun duo has been indicted by a Wood County Circuit Court.

Rick D. Boatright, 51, of Mt. Zion, currently in North Central Regional Jail for failure to appear for an arraignment in Grantsville regarding another indictment in Calhoun, was indicted in Wood on receiving and transferring a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and improper use of evidence of registration.

Boatright has plead not guilty on the charges in Wood County.

Also indicted in Wood County, Sara J. Marks, 37, of Big Bend, with charges of receiving and transferring a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and improper use of evidence of registration.

Marks has plead not guilty on the charges in Wood County.

Boatright was earlier arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in Calhoun Circuit Court for his arraignment.

He was indicted on three counts of Illegal Possession of Destructive Devices, Explosive Materials or Incendiary Devices, a felony, a case presented by Sheriff Jeffrey Starcher.
