The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch until 4 p.m. EST Friday afternoon for neighboring counties, Clay and Braxton. In West Virginia this watch includes 17 other counties: Barbour Boone Fayette Harrison Kanawha Lewis Logan McDowell Mingo Nicholas Pocahontas Raleigh Randolph Taylor Upshur Webster Wyoming Locally, chance of rain 100%, some snow possible Friday night.
