"The site contains lots of information on holiday
cooking that may be of interest to Herald readers," says Lew. "It's good, reliable information from the University of Nebraska Cooperative Extension Service," he said.
In addition to food safety and preparation, there is information
on reducing the size of recipes and even what a "number 2" can means!
