1:00 PM - Heavy rain swept over the southernmost section of Calhoun this morning,
causing streams, creeks and the West Fork of the Little Kanawha to rise and
commence local flooding.
Water was reported on Route 16 near Stinson at noon.
Verla Longfellow of Stinson Grocery said stream banks filled with water after this
mornings dourpour.
Heavy rain is moving across the area later this afternoon. |
