MISDEMEANORS: Josh Burdick, 20, of Grantsville is being charged for driving under the influence with injury on March 19, 2001 by Deputy Ron Bandy of the Calhoun Sheriff's Department. Case is pending. Kyle Ray Sampson, 43, of Route 1, Big Bend, is being charged with battery. Justin Snider, 20, of Arnoldsburg, is being charged with receiving/transferring stolen property by Sgt. J. W. Bonazzo. CITATIONS: Michael G. Murphy has been cited for overweight/overwidth/overlength by the WV Department of Highways.
