PANEL SAYS MOORE SHOULD NOT GET LAW LICENSE - Former Gov. Wants License Back

Governor Arch Moore should not have his law license reinstated, according to a panel. Jack Rogers, the Executive Director of the state Public Defenders Services, says the investigators made the right recommendation - Moore has shown no remorse since his conviction on fraud charges 12 years ago. There is some mercy which can be shown for people who have genuinely reformed themselves, but Rogers says Moore has never done that. Rogers says he was a public official who betrayed the public trust. Rogers says Moore's position has been complete nonsense.
