CLAY WOMAN FACING CHARGES OVER SHOOTING

Clay resident Donna Carte was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm, according to the Clay Communicator. Carte reportedly failed to make the $30,000 property bail. She's charged with firing a pistol four times, reportedly at Kiota Williams and Lori Hamrick. Williams and Hamrick were allegedly riding in an S-10 pick up in the Dille area of the county. Clay County Deputy Sheriff Miles Slack made the arrest, and the woman was taken before Magistrate King.
