JOINT SERVICES FOR ACCIDENT VICTIMS - Two-Car Wreck Near Spencer

Joint funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer for a man and his wife who died from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Joseph F. Harmon, 53, of Spencer, was killed Sunday in a two vehicle collision on Rt. 119 two miles south of Spencer. His wife, Dorothy Fay Harmon, 65, died Monday in Charleston Area Medical Center from injuries. They are survived by four daughters and two sons. The Harmon vehicle was reportedly struck by 43-year-old George Pulfinelle of Elkview. Police say Pulfinelle suffered minor injuries. Charges may be pending in the accident. Visitation is will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in the Hatcher Cemetery.
