Calhoun County has a new deputy sheriff, Charlie Richards of Big Springs. Richards
will be attending the West Virginia State Police Academy after the first of the year.
He is married to Mandee Richards. They have four children, Kyler and Mason Propst
and Alexa and Brogan Richards. |
