FAITH AND COMMUNITY" - THE JESSICA LYNCH STORY - Jim Sullivan Helped Produce SweetSong Video

(07/24/2003)
Jessica Lynch's homecoming provided the final piece in a Parkersburg company's video describing how a community came together to help one of its own.

Roger Hoover and Jim Sullivan of SweetSong Audio-Video Productions and independent producer Dave Smith have worked since March on a 40-minute video titled "Faith and Community."

Sullivan is well-known to Calhoun residents.

The soon-to-be-released video chronicles how Wirt County residents helped the Lynch family during Jessica's capture, rescue and road to recovery.

The video contains footage of war scenes in Iraq; messages from Jessica's friends, relatives and teachers; and words from Secretary of State Joe Manchin and World War Two Medal of Honor recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams of Ona.

The video is scheduled to be shown at Wirt County High School in the coming weeks and at the new Clay Center in Charleston later this year.

Copies of the video, which retails for about 20 dollars, can be ordered through SweetSong Productions at (304) 428-7773.
