CAR AND 4-WHEELER COLLIDE ON MUD FORK - HealthNet Life Flights Injured Man, Others Taken To Regional Hospitals

A car and a 4-wheeler collided near the Mud Fork church last night about 9:30 pm, injuring the ATV driver and his passenger. The driver of the ATV was identified as Keith Moore. Moore was brought to the Upper West Fork Park by Calhoun EMS and then transported by a HealthNet chopper from Huntington, reportedly suffering from a severe arm injury and possible other trauma. His passenger was taken to the the Braxton County hospital. The driver of the car and three children were taken to Roane General Hospital.The nature of the injuries unknown. Deputy Sheriff Ron Bandy and the State Police responded to the accident.
