GED STUDENTS WILL CELEBRATE GRADUATION - July 12 At Gilmer County

Students who have passed the GED course of study at the Calhoun and Gilmer County Adult Education Program will be honored at a commencement ceremony at Gilmer County High School on Saturday, July 12.

Delegates Brent Boggs and William Stemple will give commencement addresses, in addition to Dianna Flanagan, the ABE Coordinator for RESA-V in Parkersburg.

The special program will start at 11 a.m. Parents, friends and community members are encouraged to attend and are invited to bring a contribution to the meal and "join us in celebrating the achievements," said Shelly Allen.
