Cindy Ann Self, 16, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, died June 16th following an auto accident on Altizer Road near
Arnoldsburg.
Born July 16th, 1986 in Roane County, she was a daughter of david and Teresa Ann Self of Arnoldsburg. She was a senior
at Calhoun County High School where she earned the highest grade average in her class. She attended Calhoun-Gilmer
Career Center where she studied Hospitality Management. She was awarded the FCCIA Volunteer Service Award.
Surviving in addition to her parents are two sisters, Kimberly Dawn Self and Kayla Lynn Self both at home; her maternal
grandmother, Marie Honaker of Arnoldsburg; her paternal grandmother, Ruth Self of Elizabeth, WV and her maternal
grandfather, Carless Hays of Spencer, WV.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 19 at 1 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Reverends Rick Matheney
and Loren Price will officiate. Interment will be in the Husk Cemetery at Arnoldsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home
from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
