A funeral is scheduled Thursday for Linda C. Lane, 44, of Bickmore, Clay County. Lane's body was discovered in a rural
cemetery off State Route 36 near Valley Fork on June 12.
The State Police crime lab was called to the scene, but no report has been made public.
Lane is is the postmaster for the Bickmore post office.
Funeral service will be held at the Carl Wilson Funeral Home in Clay at 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in the Summers
Cemetery at Maysel. Visitation 6-8 pm Wednesday.
