GLENVILLE ELECTS NEW MAYOR - Clay Returns Incumbent

Town of Glenville:

Glenville elected a new mayor yesterday, Brian Kennedy with 107 votes.

Other mayoral candidates: Jess McVaney, 100; Mike Ford, 43; incumbent Wayne Richmond, 43.

The City Recorder was re-elected, and a incumbent council members returned.

Town of Clay:

Incumbent Arthur Jarrett handily won the mayor's job in the Town of Clay, defeating Glen Nichols, and a new Town Recorder, Dwana Murphy was elected.

Elected to council, Phillip "Fatman" Morris, Betty Murphy, Billie Jane Zegeer, Sally Legg and Frank Childers III.
