A Calhoun Grand Jury delivered seven indictments to Judge David Nibert on Tuesday. Garland Ray Nichols - 2 counts delivery of a controlled substance Joshua Bohn - 1 count delivery of a controlled substance Justin Snider - 1 count grand larceny, 1 count breaking and entering Paul Richard Goodrich, Jr. - 1 count child abuse resulting in injury, 1 count domestic violence, 1 count domestic assault Joseph Vance Moore - 2 counts breaking and entering, 2 counts petit larceny, 2 counts destruction of property, 6 counts conspiracy Walter Wilson II - 1 count delivery of a controlled substance within one thousand feet of a public school, 1 count possession with intent to deliver Eddie Ackley, Jr. - 1 count breaking and entering, 1 count petit larceny, 2 counts conspiracy
