GRAND JURY IN SESSION TODAY - Judge Nibert Will Hear Cases

Grand Jury will be in session in Calhoun Circuit Court this morning starting at 9:30 a.m. with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. It was not known how many cases will be presented. Among the cases listed before Judge Nibert: Flanagan vs. Stalnaker, civil case temporary injunction hearing. State vs. Scott Whited, felony sentencing. State vs. David Clark, felony status hearing. State vs. Leslie Anderson, felony status hearing. Five juvenile cases are on the docket.
