One of the last one-room schools to fade into history was at Mount Zion. It was one
of about 104 one-room schools that graced the county's rural landscape in the last
century. The former students of the school will have their annual reunion on
Saturday, May 3 at the Mt. Zion Community Park. The park will open at 10 a.m. Bring
a covered dish for lunch at 11:30 a.m. |
