LAMP GIVEN HOME CONFINEMENT - Rush Sent For Evaluation

Robby Lamp, 39, of Grantsville, appeared in Calhoun Circuit Court yesterday over failure to pay child support, his probation being revoked.

Judge Thomas C. Evans III suspended Lamp's other sentences, requiring Lamp to be on two years home confinement. He was represented by Loren Howley.

Brian Rush, 22, of Sand Ridge, was sent to Anthony Center for evaluation, related to 2nd degree sexual assault charges. He was represented by Jerome Novobilski.

Judge Evans also heard three juvenile cases.
