FOUR-WHEELER ACCIDENT SENDS MAN TO HOSPITAL - Two Vehicles Hit At Pit Stop |

| A four-wheeler reportedly struck a tree in a remote area of Fairview, near the Gilmer-Calhoun line about 3 p.m. Friday,
sending a 40-year-old male to the hospital. Gilmer County EMS responded to the call and the man was air-lifted by chopper to the hospital. He reportedly was suffering from back and neck injuries. A two-vehicle collision did not result in injuries in front of the Pit Stop on Route 16 at Mt. Zion at 3:30 p.m. Friday. The State Police investigated the accident.
