MINNORA CENTER RAMP DINNER SUNDAY - Ramplicious Surprises

The Minnora Community Center ramp diggers brought in a fine crop of ramps, which are being cleaned and prepared for the big ramp dinner tomorrow, April 27th. Along with the old favorites like bacon and farm fresh eggs, chicken, potatoes, brown beans and cornbread, and a table full of yummy desserts, the cooks are planning a couple of ramplicious surprises. The buffet style dinner starts at 1 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $3.50 for children 6-12, and children 5 and under eat free. Musical entertainment will begin at 4 p.m. with the High Mountain Bluegrass Band performing. Good food and good music add up to an afternoon you don't want to miss. All proceeds benefit the Minnora Community Center, located on Rt. 16, 12 miles north of the Big Otter exit, off I-79. Donations of food items for the dinner are welcome.
