Calhoun EMS and law enforcement responded to an injury from a fight at the Hilltop
Inn, west of Grantsville on Route 5 at 2:15 a.m. Saturday.
EMS transported the injured party to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center. State
Police were investigating, a subject involved in the incident had fled the scene.
Calhoun EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a call on Henry's Fork early
Friday evening involving a gunshot injury with the coroner responding. Sources at
the scene indicated a 56-year-old male was an apparent victim of a self-inflicted
gunshot wound.
Authorities were investigating.
