BRAXTON AUTHORITIES ARREST TWO

Braxton authorities arrested two over the weekend. Joshua Thomas Harper, 31, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Tanya Marie Conrad, 45, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and shoplifting. They are in Central Regional Jail.
