TUESDAY WV COVID-19 REPORT - WV Has Almost 10,000 Active Cases

There are currently 9,861 active COVID-19 cases statewide, according to the state Department of Health and Human Resources.

The state added 19 deaths, bringing the total amount of deaths to 3,995.

Hospitalizations dropped from 840 to 820 Tuesday. There are 248 patients in the ICU and 171 on ventilators.
