GILMER RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH GRAND LARCENY

Two Gilmer County residents were arrested Thursday and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Michael Anthony Puffenbarger, 23, was charged with grand larceny, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony. Samantha Nicole Decker, 28, was changed with grand larceny, entering and conspiracy. Clay County authorities arrested Wanda J. Coulter, 31, charging her with grand larceny.
