| Clay County authorities arrested Spencer Dewayne Hall, 23, Wednesday.
He is charged with sexual abuse of parent, guardian or custodian and sexual assault 3rd degree.
He is in Central Regional Jail wit bond set at $200,000 cash.
Roane authorities also arrested Christopher Stephen Boggs, 50, for failure to register as a sex offender, bond set at $10,000 cash. |
