MAN DIES - A man has died after he was found with a gunshot wound in a vehicle that crashed into a Huntington building early Sunday.

Officers responded to a vehicle that crashed into a building in the 800 block of 7th Avenue about 1:30 a.m. Sunday when they found the man, according to the Huntington Police Department. The 58-year-old was found unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound.

Police said the man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after.

LOGAN SHOOTING - A Logan County man is facing charges after deputies say he shot at a house in Man after an argument with someone inside.

Jamie Joseph Osborne, 33, was arrested overnight in Logan County on warrants for 15 counts of wanton endangerment and 15 counts of assault with a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Warrants were issued after Osborne was accused of shooting at a house just before 10 p.m. Sept. 2 in the Green Valley area of Man.

Logan County deputies said Osborne got into an argument with a man inside the home. Osborne then left and came back with a firearm, firing several shots at the home.

Deputies said the man inside the house was the only person home and was not injured.

Osborne is being held at the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
