She was the daughter of the late Fred and Virginia Woodyard, Barb was a homemaker, she enjoyed crafting with family, working in her flower garden and attending auctions.

She is survived by her son Jeffery (Sarah) Phillips of Newark WV, grandchildren Ethan and Carly Phillips; sisters, Waverline Kerns, Judy Koon and Jodie (Mike) Wheeler; brothers, Paul Woodyard and Jim (Debra) Woodyard; mother-in-law Carol Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Phillips; and son Joshua Phillips; sisters, Rita "Mae" Welch and Christine "Leigh" Wagoner; and brother Roy Woodyard.

Graveside services will be, 11:00 a.m Friday, Sept. 3, 2021 at Antioch Cemetery, Palestine WV with the Rev Phil Creecy officiating.
