PLEASANT HILL SCHOOL ON REMOTE LEARNING AUG. 30 THROUGH SEPT. 9

Calhoun Schools Superintendent Kelli Whytsell, has announced the following.

Pleasant Hill Elementary School will be on Remote Learning from Monday, August 30 to Thursday, September 9.

Packets of work will be distributed in a drive-through method at PHE on Monday, August 30, from 1:00-3:00.

5-Day meals will be distributed for PHE students at CMHS on Wednesday, September 1, from 1:00-2:00.

PLEASANT HILL SECOND GRADERS QUARANTINED

AUG. 27 - Calhoun Superintendent of schools announced Friday (night all second graders at Pleasant Hill Elementary have been identified as a close contact with COVID-19, through contact tracing.

"These students must quarantine," Whytsell said.

Whytsell issued a mask mandate for all Calhoun students earlier this week.

After a 7 day quarantine, students can test on 9/3 and be released on 9/4 if negative and no symptoms.

A 10 day option requires no test and the child can be released from quarantine on 9/7 if no symptoms. Please contact Nurse Trudi with any questions or concerns.

An order was issued this week, all Calhoun students must wear a mask.
