BRAXTON MAN CHARGED WITH MAKING TERRORIST THREATS - Roane Man Charged Grand Larceny

Braxton County authorities arrested Cody William Brown, 27, for making terrorist threats. He was also charged with disruption of governmental processes and obstructing an officer. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested two Tuesday. Brandon Justin Elswick, 19, was charged with grand larceny, receiving and transferring stolen property, battery and conspiracy. Ricky Lee Boggs, 57, was charged with willful disruption of a government process, public intoxication and obstructing an officer. They are in Central Regional Jail.
