BRAXTON MAN CHARGED DISRUPTION OF ORDERLY PROCESSES

Braxton County authorities arrested Billy Guy Pullin, 65, Sunday. He is charged with disruption of governmental processes, obstructing, and disorderly conduct. He is in Central Regional Jail.
