AES SUMMERBOOST CAMP TEAMS ARE BUSY - Working On Community Service Project

(07/05/2021)
A friendly competition has begun at AES SummerBoost Camp this year. It all started as a community service project when two of the teams, The Black Bears and The Brook Trout, decided to help the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department with their Christmas Toy Drive.

Both teams were challenged to collect as many new toys as possible and the winning team will be rewarded with a small “extra” treat at the end of the competition.

A box for each team has been set out in the lobby at Arnoldsburg Elementary School. If you would like to be a silent partner in the competition or gain a little community spirit yourself, please drop off a new toy at the school. The Cardinal and Monarch Butterfly teams will be starting their community service projects in a couple weeks, so there may be another friendly competition brewing.

All toys collected will be turned over to the Calhoun County Sheriff at the end of our SummerBoost Camp.

There are still spots available for 4 more
weeks of this super fun SummerBoost Camp.
